Status of the Share-Buyback Programme (PDF, 256 KB, on 22.12.2020)
We have many contracts pending. The administrative reasons are:
1. Some banks take a long time to unsubscribe the shares from the bank deposits. The shareholder must actively apply pressure to make it happen.
2. Many shareholders cannot find their share certificate. In such cases, Sharecomm sends the shareholder a formal loss declaration which the shareholder must sign and return.
3. Many settlements of inheritance are still open, and we cannot make a payment without an official certificate of inheritance.
The next interim closing will be on 26th January 2021.
We will update the information on this website on 28th January 2021.

Tax value
The tax office of the Canton of Glarus defined a net tax value of CHF 77.00 per share per the 31^st December 2019. Until the announcement of the tax value for 2020 you can use the value of 2019 for your tax declaration. Further information will follow, as soon as it is available.

The Annual General Meeting 2021
will take place in the Chilehuus in Affoltern am Albis (Switzerland) on Monday, 10^th May at 1:30 p.m. hopefully with the active participation of the shareholders.

The 14^th Annual General Meeting
was hold in written form on Wednesday, 13^th May 2020 based on the COVID-19-Decree-2.
A total of 23'979 votes were received. This is equivalent to 45.49 % of the share capital. All the resolutions were carried with a large majority. Short-Log of the AGM (PDF, 173 KB)
